Bios

Kelly Croy, M.A.

Educationally, Kelly attended the University of California at Los Angeles, earning a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations.  She completed her Master of Arts degree in clinical and counseling psychology at Southern Methodist University in 2000.  She is in the final stages of completing her Ph.D. in psychology from the same university.

Prior to moving to Texas and pursuing a career in psychology, she worked on the business side of the film and television business in California. Her experience includes assessment and diagnostic testing of children and adolescents for Dallas area psychologists as well as local private schools. Immediately prior to joining Carson Consulting, she spent more than seven years as a senior consultant in the coaching and assessment practice of a larger HR consulting firm.

Kelly is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), American Psychological Association (APA), Division for Consulting Psychologists, and Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychologists (SIOP).  She is also active in various local professional and social organizations.  Her work as been presented at conferences for the Society for Personality and Social Psychology and the Southwest Psychological Association.
