Assessment Services
Taking a deeper look at candidates

  • Executive Selection Assessment  Before making an offer, wouldn’t it be nice to know what lies ahead?  Does your candidate have what it takes to be successful in your organization?  An abundance of leadership research over the past several years has converged on six primary factors that determine whether an executive will be effective.  The problem: traditional hiring steps only cover a few of these factors.  To maximize your chances of making the right choice, we partner with you and bring our years of experience to complement your hiring process.  We use an assessment center format, considered the gold standard of employment selection, to give you the most complete picture and preview of your candidate.

  • Developmental Assessment Accelerating the development of their people is a priority for many companies today.  Our developmental assessments provide focus and comparative information to help individuals appraise where they are – both strengths and weaknesses – and how they can maximize their developmental efforts. Our clients generally choose to have developmental assessments done either as part of a short-term leadership development process or they engage us for on-going coaching.  Whether stand-alone or part of a coaching process, developmental assessments provide clarity which is difficult to duplicate by other means.

Collectively, we have assessed thousands of individuals in a wide variety of companies. For more information about our assessment services, please call us at 972-720-0900.

We comply with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and the professional practice codes of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial/ Organizational Psychologists, and the Texas State Board of Psychologists.  Our industrial psychologists are licensed by the state of Texas.  The tests we use are specifically designed to measure traits and attributes found in the working population and do not measure mental disabilities, pathologies, or health.  They do not contain intrusive or offensive questions.
